Install & User Guide for Shopify

What RiseIQ does: RiseIQ analyzes your Shopify order history to predict customer lifetime value, churn, and reorder timing, then powers personalized storefront blocks and an analytics assistant.

Install RiseIQ

1. Install Install RiseIQ from the Shopify App Store. You'll be taken through Shopify's standard install flow, then directly to Shopify's own subscription page — select a plan to continue (RiseIQ requires an active subscription to proceed, no card-optional trial). Shopify's plan includes a 30-day free trial billed through Shopify itself — you won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime from your Shopify billing settings. 2. Initial sync Once approved, RiseIQ automatically syncs your order/customer history and trains its models — no action needed. 3. Add storefront blocks Unlike a typical one-click app, Shopify blocks are added through your Theme Customizer (Shopify's standard app-block model — RiseIQ never edits your theme code directly): - Frequently Bought Together: Online Store → Themes → Customize → open a product page → Add block → Apps → FBT, or Add section → Apps → FBT — Product Page - Suggested Adds (Cart): open the cart page in Customizer → Add section → Apps → Suggested Adds - Customers Like You: open the home page → Add section → Apps → Customers Like You - Time to Restock: home page → Add section → Apps → Time to Restock The RiseIQ dashboard's Activation tab has a one-click deep link into the Theme Customizer for each block so you don't have to navigate there manually. 4. Find RiseIQ later Shopify Admin → Apps → RiseIQ.

User Guide

Dashboard tabs: - Basic Insights — customer-level lifetime value, churn risk, and reorder analytics - Activation — guided links to add/manage each storefront block in Theme Customizer - Value Tracker — tracks RiseIQ's measurable impact over time vs. your pre-install baseline - Support — get help Storefront blocks: - Frequently Bought Together — product page bundle suggestions, shown per-variant based on real co-purchase history (not every variant will have data yet) - Suggested Adds (Cart) — cart-page recommendations based on everything in the basket - Customers Like You Also Bought — home page carousel, visible only to logged-in customers RiseIQ has tagged for personalization - Time to Restock — home page reorder reminders, visible only to logged-in customers tagged as due or overdue for reorder Customers Like You and Time to Restock use customer tags (riseiq_reorder_prime, riseiq_reorder_overdue, etc.) that RiseIQ applies automatically — guests and untagged customers simply won't see these two blocks, which is expected, not a bug. FBT and Suggested Adds are visible to everyone. Uninstalling: Removing the app from Shopify Admin automatically cleans up RiseIQ-created data. Theme blocks you manually added in Theme Customizer will stop functioning but may need manual removal from the theme afterward.
